Our play area is designed for children from walking age up to 7 years old. We have a dedicated soft-play area only for our cubs who are under 24 months. Older siblings are welcome to play and engage, however, if they become disruptive they may be asked to sit in the lounge with their parent. This is to ensure the safety of our littlest lions and protect the experience for all.

All guests, including adults, are required to wear socks in the play area. Grippy socks are encouraged but not required. Socks are available for purchase at the check-in desk. 

Outside food and drink are permitted. We ask that you do not bring any food or drink into the play area to prevent spills or food mess. We do have various espresso drinks, pastries, and prepackaged snacks available at our café.

Due to limited capacity, we strongly advise booking ahead for open play, even if you have a membership. We cannot guarantee admission for walk-ins, which are subject to capacity and availability. 

We have tons of free parking in our lot! I would strongly suggest parking closer to CosmoProf as there is a crosswalk and stroller-friendly curb access there!

We have limited stroller parking inside. If you are driving, please consider leaving your stroller in the car.

Keeping our little lions happy and healthy is always a top priority. 

Throughout your play session, our staff will be coming through cleaning high touch areas. We also have a "yuck bucket" for the toys that end up in little mouths. We also do a deeper clean at the end of each play session. We use CleanSmart disinfectant as our cleaning solution.
