Visiting
What ages is the play area for?
It is designed for children from walking age up to seven years old, with a dedicated soft-play area just for cubs under 24 months. Older siblings are welcome to play. If they get disruptive we may ask them to sit in the lounge with you, which is only ever about keeping the littlest lions safe.
How do play sessions work?
Sessions run two hours and are scheduled throughout the day. Arrive any time inside your block. At the end of it everyone heads out so we can sanitize and reset the space before the next group.
Do I need to book in advance?
We strongly recommend it, even with a membership. Capacity is limited and we cannot guarantee walk-ins at busy times.
Do adults and children need to wear socks?
Yes, everyone in the play area, adults included. Grippy socks are encouraged but not required, and we sell them at the check-in desk.
Where should I park?
There is plenty of free parking in our lot. Park toward the CosmoProf end, where there is a crosswalk and stroller-friendly curb access. Stroller space inside is limited, so if you are driving it is easier to leave it in the car.
Paying
Who do I need to pay for?
Only the children who are playing. All adults are free, and so is any child under six months.
What does it cost?
$15 for the first child and $12 for each additional sibling, per two-hour session. A ten-visit punch card is $130 and never expires. Memberships start at $60 a month for unlimited play.
Is a membership actually worth it?
If you visit once a week, yes. Four drop-in visits cost $60, which is the same as a full month of unlimited play. Everything after the fourth visit is free.
Can I get a refund?
Play passes are non-refundable, but they can be transferred or rescheduled to another day or time. Call us or email play@littlelionsplayden.com.
Do you sell gift cards?
We offer gift certificates in store. Drop in or give us a call and we will get you sorted.
Food, Health & Cleaning
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, on the café side. We ask that no food or drink comes into the play area, which keeps spills away from the equipment. We also have espresso drinks, fresh pastries, and prepackaged snacks at the café.
How do you keep it clean?
Staff wipe down high-touch areas throughout every session, and we do a deeper clean at the end of each one. There is a "yuck bucket" for any toy that ends up in a small mouth. We use CleanSmart disinfectant.
What if my child is a little bit sick?
Please come another day. A runny nose or a cough is enough, and we reserve the right to turn away a party showing visible signs of illness. It is the only way to keep the room healthy for everyone.
Parties & Events
Can we celebrate a birthday during open play?
Not with cake, gifts, or balloons. Those extras change the experience for every other family in the room, so we keep them inside proper party bookings.
How do I book a party?
Pick a package and book online. A 20% non-refundable deposit holds your date. Parties booked within 10 days carry a $75 rush fee.
Do you host things other than birthdays?
Baby showers, first birthdays, holiday parties, watch parties. If it needs happy kids and talking adults in the same room, get in touch.
What is the rush fee for?
Any parties booked within 7 days of the event date will incur a $75 rush fee.
