When am I charged?
Monthly, on the same date you joined. It renews automatically so you never have to think about it.
Are there sign-up or cancellation fees?
None. No activation fee, no cancellation fee.
How do I cancel?
Call or email us before your renewal date and we will take care of it. No forms, no retention script. We cannot pause memberships
Do I still need to reserve a session?
We strongly recommend it. Capacity is limited and we cannot guarantee a walk-in spot at busy times, membership or not. Reserve here.
What if I have more than three children?
Add $10 a month for each additional child. Under six months are free and do not count toward the tally.
